Mark Juviler is the President of Pulse Technologies Inc., and an experienced Management Consultant, DBA, Data Architect, SQL Developer, front/back end designer and programmer.

Mark has 25 years of experience in a variety of Information Technology companies and products, and has owned his own businesses since the age of 21. Mark enjoys building companies from the ground up, and has a proven track record in bringing large-scale mission-critical projects from inception to completion. He has built up a strong reputation over his many years of work, and has multiple strong consulting relationships to show for it.

Now at the head of Pulse Technologies, Inc., Mark has been working to grow his company that represents an extension of all the work he has done over the years. Pulse Technologies, Inc. primarily operates as a consulting company of high-level Database and Software design and development: the majority of his clients are based in the Northeast and New York City, and they compensate the company directly for its expertise. Pulse Technologies’ largest client is NASDAQ, for whom they assist with the Database related preparation and dissemination of real-time index market data to financial clients, like hedge funds and banks.

Mark Juviler’s primary area of expertise lies in high-level Management Consulting, Architecture, Data Base Administration, SQL Development and Trading Systems.

Throughout his career, he has shown a proven ability to tackle complex tasks, leverage Data Warehouses and databases in order to provide Business Intelligence to stakeholders and various users groups at different levels in an organization. Mark Juviler has consistently used his personal strengths, including intelligence, expertise, hard work and integrity, in order to produce high-quality results in these areas. He has a multitude of technical skills across various disciplines such as database technologies, programming languages and front/back end design. Skills include C#, C++, SQL, ETL, OLAP, TSQL, SAN & NAS, and many more.

Mark Juviler has had a plethora of marque clients including; NASDAQ, AT&T, TIAA-CREF, Morgan Stanley, Wachovia, Entex Information Services, Cigna, Consolidated Edison, Columbia University and others. In all cases, he was also able to bring leadership, direction and focus to meet and exceed technological and strategic objectives.

Mark Juviler was part of the internet revolution when he co-founded AppCity, Inc., an internet Cloud company that employed 30 people at its peak. Mark was able to raise several million dollars in venture capital, and the company was selected by Fortune magazine as one of 25 Hot New Companies in its 2000 edition. Mark acted as Chief Technology Officer, and was involved in all strategic decisions, legal issues, value propositions, fundraising and negotiations with vendors. He learned a great deal from the experience, and has leveraged these skills in each of his business ventures since.
